Michael Standaert
 
 
Michael Standaert is a journalist and writer based in Beijing, China. 

He’s written everything from book-length fiction and non-fiction, to long-form articles, profiles, interviews, breaking news journalism and book reviews over the past decade from Europe, the U.S., and now Asia. 

He’s currently a correspondent for International Environment Reporter, contributing to other media and blogging at Huffington Post. In the coming months he will experiment here with multimedia journalism.
